     Carteret was founded in October 1995, we've grown to over 2000 Loan Officers in 12 short years. Carteret Mortgage has a rapidly accelerating growth rate and as of October 2002, based upon total volume, was ranked 2nd among the Largest Mortgage Brokers in the entire country. In addition, in it’s special issue “The 20th Annual INC 500 List—America’s 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies” INC Magazine recognized Carteret Mortgage as the 129th fastest growing private company in the US.

     At Carteret our philosophy is to set up loan officers in their own self-sufficient businesses (branches) situated mainly in their own home. This allows CMC to grow, increase name recognition, reduce costs to the employees and generally create an economy of scale for all branches. Also, by being bigger, we can offer programs that small mortgage companies cannot afford, like FHA & VA and better wholesale rates from over 400 lenders. By passing along our overhead savings we will be able to offer YOU a less expensive product . Also, by creating a network of at home businesses, this allows people to be closer to their families, to improve their quality of life and to aid in the best environment for raising children. Lastly, in keeping with My Personal Philosophy, I believe, the goodwill created by being kind, honest, courteous, knowledgeable and above all, honorable, actually serve to make the world a better place.
